ART Building was formed by Rando Tamm and Anna Peckham. Having worked in the construction industry for many years, Rando and Anna realised that there is a huge gap in the UK for those who want Scandinavian style and quality of building work but without the excessive prices charged by the more established niche operators currently in the country.

Experienced, Thorough, and Committed

Rando has worked on a wide range of projects, often as the team-leader, in Finland, Estonia, Germany and the UK. With a passion for quality and design, he’s well known for running his projects as if they were military operations. Rando received an Employee of the Year Award from Simmons Services Ltd in 2006 for demonstrating outstanding commitment.

With his wide range of qualifications and experience, his skillset is one of the best you’ll find anywhere.

Anna brings her customer care and management skills to ART Building - making sure that you are fully informed and have a single point of contact within the company. She is also the person responsible for marketing ART Building and helping to turn it into what she believes will be seen as a leading company in the market.
